Fit Leadership, LLC is a leadership consulting firm. We seek to work with organizations that have high expectations of their leaders and are willing to make bold changes to enable effective leadership. Our approach is data-based and draws on strong research experience, both quantitative and qualitative.

We have three products - solutions for specific business challenges:

"Leadership Due Diligence: Are the Leaders Fit to Lead?" -
a leadership assessment methodology that helps investors, owners, and leaders (private equity groups, hedge funds, and corporations) quantify the value of individual and collective leadership capabilities. Leaders are assessed for different business contexts (organic growth or growth by acquisitions or turnarounds). We combine quantitative and qualitative methods and employ proprietary algorithms to provide critical information about leaders' strengths and development needs.
This assessment methodology helps clients make informed decisions about top leadership roles, to diagnose the organization's strength to support effective leadership, and to set a forceful agenda for the new executive team. The methodology could be effectively applied during the due diligence process or for the existing portfolio companies.

"Building Effective Governance Framework: A Model and Approach" - a model and approach that help investors and owners (private equity groups, venture capital organizations), and portfolio company leaders to effectively leverage boards to maximize performance and value of portfolio assets. The model outlines an overall governance framework applicable across portfolio companies and geographies – country-specific requirements; elements of board effectiveness; process to enhance board's capabilities; and the methodology to monitor effectiveness of governance framework. This approach provides a shared governance platform and enhances the alignment between investors/owners and leaders in portfolio companies enabling them to work as a "whole system".

"Leading Creative People: Building an Organization to Enable Innovation" - a model and approach that helps clients enhance creativity in their organization. The key components of the model - systems and processes, organization culture, leadership, and creative talent - are operationalized, assessed, and integrated. There is an assessment tool/process for each model component. The assessment yields key gaps and focuses the client on a few vital action steps. This approach helps leaders empower creative people to bring out their best ideas, greatest efforts, and highest commitment. Leaders develop skills to effectively lead creatives, leverage relevant systems and processes, and build a supportive culture to enable innovation.
